You have maybe heard about mir ?
That was a Russian Spaceship which did get closed
in year 2001, and it where chrashed into Pacific Ocean.
But I did have a QSO With Them on 2 m FM , November 1995
at 145.550 Mhz. It was a great experience for me to talk
to Thomas Reiter, DJ4TR. He was the man back the Mic
from the callsign:
